Ontological coaching is about understanding and embracing the different facets of our being. For example, we all have automatic ways of being that we're using all the time. Ontology asks us to get a bird's eye view of that and develop the muscle of choosing, choosing to empower certain strengths (or Essence) and to be less at the whim of our survival tactics and limiting patterns. Designing programming, I can pull from ontological leadership development, improv comedy training and embodied meditation practices to design bespoke work tailed to your organization.

I am the co-host of West of Wonderland Podcast, an ontological leadership podcast for people who love coaching, personal development and also magical things.Together with my co-host, Bay Quiney MBA MCC, we carry 4+ years as hosts and provide large scale organizational coaching and bespoke retreats.

I've has been credentialed and certified as a coach, and I've served as a transformation and coach leader for many years. Personally, I'm a creative and play with Hudson Valley local band Little Sister. I live in Modena with my husband (Cody), dog (Ringo) and cat (Rocket).
