Before stepping fully into my current work, I spent over a decade in advertising and brand strategy, holding senior roles at both Vice Media and Ace Content/Anomaly. This background offers a deep understanding of the creative process, production environments, deadlines and the human dynamics that can arise throughout the creative process.

Alongside my work media, I've trained extensively in Reiki, somatic facilitation and consent-based intimacy practices. I bring an embodied, trauma-informed lens into everything that I do - whether its supporting a film or tv production, facilitating workshops, or working one-on-one with clients.

My expertise lies in the ability to bridge worlds that often don't speak the same language: creativity and safety, structure and intuition, professionalism and humanity.
