Polita Cohen Glynn a writer and filmmaker focused on history, cultural diversity and the environment. Her non-profit, Merfolk Media Alliance, recently produced ‘Underground History,’ a documentary on erased histories in the Tampa Bay area, and “Brick Roads of St. Pete.’ She is currently working on a film and public humanities project on ‘Maximo Hernandez and the Fishing Ranchos of Tampa Bay.’ She divides her time between St. Petersburg, FL and Rifton, NY.
