I'm a New York based painter. My artistic practice is rooted in deep observation of my surroundings where I find profound meaning in ordinary elements of the natural environment. I studied painting at the Glassell School of Art at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and hold Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University. My partner and I moved to New York from Houston in 2021 and bought and renovated a little house in the woods outside of Rhinebeck shortly thereafter.
