We are an integrated multi-use farm and distillery with an on-site tasting room and farm store. We grow heritage grains for our gins and whiskeys and we source fruit from NYS growers for our eaux de vie. We farm organically following regenerative principles, and we raise chickens, ducks and sheep on our pasture for eggs, meat and fiber. We host events and workshops throughout the year.
