How we work

Most consultants study your business first, then hand over a strategy document. We start by solving something real together. The work itself teaches us how your business actually operates. A campaign. A workflow. An AI tool. Whatever the first useful thing is, we start there.

What this has looked like

A firm asked us to help pick a new project management tool. Two weeks in, we hadn't opened a single product demo. We'd simplified how work moved between the team and removed two tools they were already paying for. The new system turned out to be the old system with less in the way.

An agency wanted to automate their reporting. A month in, reporting was the last thing we'd touched. We rebuilt how project briefs moved between teams and removed manual steps costing hours every week. The reporting got easier on its own.

A law firm came to us for better lead generation. Six weeks later, they hadn't launched a single campaign. They'd clarified their positioning, rewritten their intake process, and rebuilt how referrals moved through the firm. The marketing came after.

Who we are

BAMPT is Ashley Etling and Chantal Emmanuel. Both of us are operators who've built and run our own businesses. When we work with you, we bring the empathy of people who've been on your side of the table.
