Recap: Free Workshop Week for Hudson Valley Nonprofits and Women in Career Transition

Last month I ran a free four session virtual workshop week through Measured Insight, aimed at helping nonprofits and mission driven organizations strengthen their research skills, as well as women navigating a career transition.

I covered: • Survey design fundamentals, from question wording to avoiding bias • How to run strong informational interviews, useful for anyone exploring a new career path • A live Q&A and pro bono session to work through real challenges attendees brought

It was a great reminder of how much good work is happening across Hudson Valley nonprofits, and how many women are quietly rethinking their next career move, often without the tools or support to do it with confidence.

I'm planning to offer more sessions like this.
