Rooted in the Catskills. Built for Homeowners. Home-KeepR was created for the kind of homeowner who wants their place upstate to feel like a refuge — not a project. We sit at the intersection of home watch, lifestyle concierge, and design.

We didn't start this business because we saw a gap in the market. We started it because we lived the problem.

Myself and my husband Andrew are the founders of Home-KeepR, in the greater Woodstock area. Andrew and I purchased our home in West Shokan in 2021 and fell completely in love with the Hudson Valley. We also spent two years experiencing firsthand how hard it is to manage a home from a distance. The vendor who doesn't show. The fridge that needs to be stocked. The Friday night arrival that feels more like a second job than an escape.

In 2024 we made it official and moved to the Hudson Valley full time. We decided to follow our passion and build Home-KeepR for homeowners just like we were — people who love their homes up here but spend too much of their precious time managing them instead of enjoying them. That felt like a problem worth solving.

Andrew handles the backbone of Home-KeepR Home — the vendor relationships, the maintenance coordination, the contractor who actually shows up. He's the person who makes sure things actually get done — the right vendor, at the right time, without you having to think about it.

I handle everything that makes a home feel like one. The arrival prep, the organization, the design eye that turns a weekend house into somewhere you're genuinely proud of — whether you're walking in on a Friday night or preparing to sell. For more than 20 years, friends and family turned to me before listing, before renovating, before making decisions that involved a contractor, a paint color, or a floor plan. Home-KeepR Design is that — now available to a select group of homeowners in this valley we chose to call home.
