Serge Young’s architectural practice is dedicated to the enhancement of the built environment in the Hudson Valley. The practice specializes in residential and small commercial projects: new construction, additions, renovations and adaptive re-use.

Hi! I go by Maura Kate or MK and I moved to beacon Oct 2023 :) I grew up in Brooklyn and lived in NYC through my twenties and then lived in MD just outside DC for 9 years. Very glad to be back in my home state! Looking forward to making new friends!

I'm a product designer and mixed-method researcher with a web development and service design background. I enjoy working on creative web projects, mapping user journeys, and collaborating with diverse teams.

Interior designer by trade, artist in heart. I focus my work on hospitality and residential interiors, developing products for projects such as Mycelium light fixtures, plaster products, pottery, and furniture restoration.

I'm an independent designer and art director who specializes in branding and art direction for companies in the fields of art, culture and technology. I also am a fiber/textile artist.
